7. MEANS OF CONTROL We make all inspection based on the acceptance sampling. Materials Conduct inspection on all incoming raw materials and accessory materials. Conduct size checking on all component parts. Conduct visual inspection on defective parts. Checking missing parts before sending to sewers. Inspected for defects, gauged for proper thickness. Quality checking on sewing in areas of appearance, sizing (based on the EN420 sizing standard), weight,labelling, stitches, seaming and component positioning. After coating we will make the sizing, weight, smell, PH, chemic test and cutting, abrasion test (based on EN388 standard). Finished Products perform random checking(acceptance sampling) before shipment. Quality control is performed under ISO 9001. 9. Storage and cleaning notice For dulling during the cut resistance test, the coupe test results are only indicative while the TDM cut resistance test is the reference performance result. Users should be warned that gloves should not be worn when there is a risk of entanglement by moving parts of machines.
